Our in-person individual or group fitness training sessions are specifically designed to deliver a high-quality fitness experience that helps you reach your goals. It is 100% tailored toward your individual needs and abilities. We are not only certified trainers but also passionate motivators committed to guiding you through this personalized journey.
We also offer private or semi-private Jiu Jitsu sessions with our black belt (1st degree) instructor, Prof. Tim. Semi-private sessions are for 8 or fewer people working together toward a common goal. These sessions are offered in a private studio and are generally one hour in length. Shorter and longer times are offered if this works best for you. Your skill, progress, and effort will be used to determine promotions. Our private studio has clean mats, a clean restroom, parking, and even a shower for your use!

My jiu-jitsu journey started in 2008 with no-gi submission grappling. After a few years of no-gi training and competition across the United States, I began training in the Gi in 2014. I received my black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu in 2022 under Prof. Thiago Mendes, via Master Carlson Gracie Jr.
Jiu-Jitsu is great for losing weight and keeping it off. It also builds confidence, increases mental and physical fortitude, and enables you to protect yourself if necessary. This service is offered in the Fort Knox, KY area near Elizabethtown, Radcliff, and Brandenburg.
